Refund

Clients who have fully paid for the service or made an advance payment have the right to return the funds if at least a day remains before the service begins to take effect.
The refund depends on the specific service and is carried out in full or in part within a day. Funds are returned in the same way that the payment was made.

If less than a day remains before the start of the service, then the full payment or prepayment is not refundable.
