Refusal or change of service

• Refusal to provide a service or change with another one that had an advance payment, is carried out no later than 24 hours before the time the service was provided, with a full refund of the prepayment (the return occurs within two days in the manner in which the payment was made). If there is less than 24 hours left before the event, then the prepayment will not be refunded. (The exception is large or expensive events, they do not refund the prepayment)
• Refusal to provide a service or change with another one, that did not have an advance payment is carried out at any time.
